What we aim for
Jelly aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this website and in the Jelly iPhone app. That is the standard we design and build to: readable contrast, real text rather than pictures of text, labelled controls, keyboard and screen-reader support, and respect for the text size and motion settings on your device.
Where we actually are
Jelly is a young product and it has not yet been through a full accessibility audit. We do not claim conformance. There will be gaps we have not found, and we would rather say so than imply a level we have not tested to.
Auditing is ongoing, and we fix what we find.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of Jelly is hard or impossible for you to use, email [email protected]. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. We will reply, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
If something blocks you from completing a rental, say so in the email — we will help you finish it while we fix the underlying problem.
Content we do not control
Listings on Jelly are written and photographed by members. We ask members to describe their Items accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every listing photo or description meets the same standard as the rest of the app.
